Your branding is the most crucial part of your business; it helps engage customers, builds trust and represents you as a company. You could use a free logo generator site or create something in Word, many new businesses have to do this due to lack of funding. However, long-term, this could to prove to be a problem, because as you grow, the value of a unique, quality logo with well thought through fonts, colour, brand patterns and elements becomes more and more important; re-branding can be a time consuming and costly process.

It depends on what you need designing; for logos we allow between 1-4 weeks from project onset, our Logo & Branding Gold Package 4-6 weeks. However, these timeframes do depend on prompt client feedback during the process. Other graphic design projects timeframes will be discussed on an individual basis as these depend on our work schedules and size of projects.

That’s entirely up to you, and also the final size of the artwork. We can email, WeTransfer or share artwork via Dropbox. For logos and branding, you’ll receive multiple formats such as PDFs, JPGs and PNGs. If you need a project as a specific format, just let us know before we begin as we are happy to accommodate your requirements.

Yes! Design is a two way process between the designer and client. The quicker you are at giving us feedback when we send you design concepts or artwork to approve, the quicker the whole process will be to complete. We want to build a relationship of trust with you and honesty at all stages is the best policy to secure a successful result for you.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work is carried out. The remainder needs to be settled once work is completed, but only once you’re 100% happy.

No, but we are happy to source you a quote from an external printer. All our artwork for print will be supplied in a print ready format so you can choose to order this direct from your own printer of choice, or we can do this for you for an additional cost of £30 to cover our time.

In many cases, yes, as we have access to hundreds of fonts, however in some cases, an external font may need to be purchased which will be an additional cost to you. In this instance, we will work with you to decide on the font and purchase on your behalf, adding the cost to your invoice.

You will be involved in the whole process – it’s a collaboration! Before starting a project, we will have a consultation call where we can discuss your project further and also decide if we are a good fit for each other. Throughout the project, we will email you visuals for you to give feedback on. However, if you are really unhappy, we can stop the process. In this instance, you will be charged for all the time spent on the project to date. The unfinished artwork will then be released to you if required.

We will advise you if there will be any additional costs before proceeding with the work and this will be added to your final invoice.
