Apple House Developments Logo
Apple House Developments is the brain child of up and coming Property Developer, Karen Stammers and her business partner. Formed at the end of 2018 and based in Dorset, high quality finish and spec top of their list of priorities. The name ‘Apple House Developments’ was a combination of the names of the first few houses they developed and was close to their heart. Karen was looking for a logo which reflected both their values and roots and needed advice on colours, typography and concepts.

The Problem
To create a logo which reflected Apple House Developments core values with a very short lead time. Advice was needed on the company name and how to progress with development as well as the branding as a whole for future marketing materials.
The Solution
We firstly needed to re-evaluate the original company name as it was too long and delve further into the origins and values of the business to create a clear picture of what the logo should incorporate. We then designed a collection of assorted logo concepts reflecting the finalised brand values and ethos. The client selected their favourite two for further development and these were refined until a final logo was decided upon.
